If an IVA is the way to move forward we will give you a clear, understandable explanation of our charges. These charges are usually borne by your creditors, so you’re not running up a new bill. The whole aim is to help you get your finances sorted. Most IVAs are arranged over a five year period, although some IVAs can be completed over a much shorter period - each case is different and you will be advised of the most appropriate timescale when there is a clear picture of your financial position. The important factor is that this does not increase your debt.
